I went to one of my favorite places this past weekend. The Italian Market in South Philly. If you live in or around the lovely city of Philadelphia this should be a place you love. (If not go, and fall in love immediately.)
I'm not sure what it is about the place I love so much but I'm suspecting it might have something to do with the fabulous cannoli from Anthony's. Also I just like walking down the busy streets and wandering around all the neat shops.
The latest trip to the market was with quite a few family members from out of town. We went to Ralph's. Delicious italian food, and a neat little place to eat! I recommend the eggplant parmesan. mmm mmm mmm! Now don't you want to go to the Italian Market immediately?!

My Sister-In-Law just married a VERY Italian gentleman...so, I'm sure we'll all be venturing there soon....I LOVE CANNOLIS!!!!!!!
Oh yes! I looks like there is plenty of fresh veggies and fruits too! Yummy! I like canneloni but I dislike eggplant - it's such a particular taste... I wish I liked it because I just love the color of that vegetable! :)
