Taking time to enjoy these last days of autumn before winter comes sweeping through! Lots of bike rides, walks in the woods with the dogs, and watching our little boy discover more and more every day.

Life is good.

I love autumn.

There is something so perfect about the time of year when the leaves begin to change, and a cool wind is almost always constantly blowing.

I think that is my favorite thing about autumn. I love the still warm sun combined with a cool breeze. In the fall I can finally start to wear all my knit shawls, which I wait all year to do. It is the best time of year to walk the dogs for hours and hours. They love the changing leaves as much as I do.

August always reminds me that autumn is right around the corner.

I can't wait.
