For a while I was feeling a lack of creative energy.

I'd come up with what I thought was a good idea only to have it completely NOT pan out on paper. It is very frustrating and often leaves me with the desire to do something, really anything, else other than sit in front of my computer to work.

Then one day it hit me.

Why not try adding textures to my illustrations?

It's new and fresh for me, and has allowed me to keep illustrating what I love while creating an entirely new outcome. I'm in love! I've been working hard on a new series, and can't wait to share it with you (perhaps Tomorrow or Thursday?)

So if you will kindly excuse me, I really need to get back to work while all the creative juices are flowing :)
