It seems I have forgotten to post anything recently! In terms of Etsy news I don't really have any (but I am working on some fun things for the new year). I have actually been enjoying a little break from all things computer related! After the hectic holidays it has been sooooo nice to just sit back and relax.
I figured the least I could do was show you what I've been doing while sitting and relaxing. I've been on a mitten knitting frenzy! I have made 4 pairs between Christmas and now, and have a fifth pair in the works! Why mittens you ask? Well I have 2.9million scarves, and 2 hats (I know that is not that many, but I don't really like to knit them) but zero mittens/fingerless gloves! Well I have certainly taken care of the lack of hand wear for the time being! I'll leave you with pictures of two pairs I've recently knit. And if you like them so much you want to knit a pair for yourself, head on over here to print out the pattern! So to those who knit I say, Happy Knitting! I've been on "computer hiatus" as well. Just starting back slow and catching up with everyone else first. Looks like you've certainly been busy! Great mittens...do you know how to make fingerless gloves with the flap-over?!?! I'm in dyer need of some :)
That is my next adventure actually Jaimee! I have fingerless gloves, mittens, but no fingerless gloves with the mitten flap. (I have a great pattern picked out though!) I'll let you know how it turns out (i.e. whether or not I can actually knit something like that) :)
